Plymouth v Forest 27-9-09 1:15pm

Nottingham Forest take on Plymouth in the Sunday lunch time sky tv game and Forest will be looking to bounce back after 2 poor results against Blackpool and Blackburn (cup), both of these games were pretty much controlled by Forest but they couldn’t turn and of the chances into goals and ended up losing 1-0.

Luke Chambers will be hoping for a return to the side after being rested against Blackburn.
